Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required
• 1+ year in logistics, warehousing or related field
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• WMS intermediate preferred
• MHE intermediate required
• OSHA intermediate required
• DOT/Hazmat experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Communicate daily/shift goals and plans to achieve operational targets
• Lead, train and evaluate hourly staff and other specialists
• Identify and resolve operational issues to minimize errors and losses
• Support development of system/process training for the team
