Job summary

Odyssey Logistics is seeking a Customer Service Manager in Alaska to lead a team of about 8 associates, optimize customer journeys, and ensure service levels are met across onboarding and ongoing accounts.

You will collaborate with dispatch, terminals, and cross-functional teams, monitor KPIs, train staff, and implement LEAN practices while supporting training and travel across Alaska locations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of management or supervisory experience.
• Approximately 3.5+ years of experience in logistics or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business/Industrial Management or related field.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse, transportation, and supply chain operations.
• Proficiency with TruckMate and ERP platforms; advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer accounts from a Customer Success perspective.
• Lead onboarding and account success initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs and improve service delivery.
• Collaborate with dispatch, terminal leadership, and cross-functional teams.
• Provide coaching and development to a team of about 8 associates.
