Job summary

Odyssey Logistics is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead a team of about 8 associates across Alaska locations. You will oversee onboarding, customer success, and service quality while partnering with dispatch, terminal leadership, and cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional customer journey.

You will monitor KPIs, drive lean process improvements, and coach staff to uphold high standards of professionalism, empathy, and accountability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of management or supervisory experience.
• Approximately 3.5+ years in logistics or related industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Management, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer accounts from a Customer Success perspective.
• Ensure professional, accurate, efficient customer interactions.
• Coach and develop a team of customer service representatives (approx. 8).
• Monitor KPIs and feedback; drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (dispatch, terminal leadership) to resolve issues.
