Job summary

Qualifications
- 3-5 years of management or supervisory experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Industrial Management, or related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse, transportation, and supply chain operations.
- Experience with customer success, customer service operations, and account management.
- Proficiency with TruckMate and ERP platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of ~8 customer service associates.
- Oversee customer accounts from a Customer Success perspective and ensure service commitments.
- Coach onboarding and account success; monitor KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery.
- Implement LEAN practices and maintain SOPs and process documentation.
