Job summary

Odyssey Logistics is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead a team of about eight associates, overseeing onboarding, customer success, and KPI-driven service delivery. You will collaborate with dispatch, terminal leadership, and cross-functional teams to optimize the customer journey across multiple Alaska locations.

The role emphasizes hands-on coaching, process improvement, and a strong focus on safety and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of management or supervisory experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Industrial Management, or a related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse, transportation, and supply chain operations.
• Proficiency with TruckMate and other ERP platforms.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of customer service representatives.
• Ensure professional, empathetic customer interactions and SLA adherence.
• Coach onboarding and account success; monitor KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including dispatch and terminal leadership.
• Travel across Alaska locations to support training, process standardization, and operational initiatives.
