This hands-on leadership role combines customer account management, billing oversight, and collaboration with Operations, Dispatch, Supply Chain, and Finance to drive accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 2–5+ years of customer service, operations, logistics, or related leadership experience with direct reports.
• Experience managing customer accounts, invoicing, reconciliations, and issue resolution.
• Background in high-volume logistics, transportation, or supply chain environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage key customer accounts from order processing through invoicing and issue resolution.
• Supervise, coach, and support a customer service team while remaining hands-on with assigned accounts.
• Oversee high-volume billing, invoicing, account inquiries, and dispute resolution.
• Review billing and operational data to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
• Serve as an escalation point for customer issues and service disruptions.
• Partner with Operations, Dispatch, Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance, Credit, and Collections.
• Support account reconciliations and resolve outstanding billing issues.
• Monitor team performance, workloads, service levels, and productivity.
• Identify processes to improve billing accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
