Job summary

Corning, a global leader in glass, ceramic and materials science, is seeking a Sr. Manager for the Logistics Center of Excellence in Charlotte, NC.

You will lead enterprise-wide standards across logistics, warehousing, trade compliance, and SAP-enabled processes, driving efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement with cross-functional partners. We seek a proven leader with 10+ years in logistics or related fields and the ability to develop teams while traveling up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, trade compliance, or related operational excellence roles.
• Prior leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to manage and develop teams.
• Up to 25% travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement standard processes across logistics and warehousing operations.
• Identify and drive opportunities to improve efficiency, service, and cost performance.
• Partner with site and regional leaders to ensure adoption of best practices and operating standards.
• Monitor performance and compliance to support continuous improvement.
