Job summary

Corning Inc. is seeking a Sr. Manager, Logistics, Solar to develop and execute global logistics strategies across freight, warehousing, distribution, trade compliance, and third-party logistics.

You will lead cross-functional teams to improve quality, cost, delivery, and service performance in a global, matrixed organization. You will partner with leadership to optimize the logistics network, define long-term strategies, and drive digital transformation and cost reduction initiatives to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of global logistics experience.
• Experience with ERP, TMS, and WMS systems.
• Experience leading third-party logistics and global networks.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.
• Proven leadership and matrix-management capabilities.
• Experience collaborating across regions in a global organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global logistics strategies aligned with business objectives and growth needs.
• Partner with division leadership to optimize the global logistics network.
• Define long-term network strategies to support future business requirements.
• Lead warehousing and distribution planning based on demand forecasts.
• Support landed cost modeling to improve supply chain decisions.
• Provide leadership to plant logistics teams and third-party providers.
