Job summary

You will drive efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement, partnering across business, operations, and technology teams to deliver scalable solutions.

You will manage a COE team, set priorities, and influence stakeholders to adopt standards aligned with Corning’s strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years in logistics, warehousing, trade compliance or related ops roles.
• Proven leadership with ability to develop teams.
• Up to 25% travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy enterprise-wide logistics and warehousing standards.
• Improve efficiency, service, and cost performance across operations.
• Standardize SAP-enabled logistics processes and reporting.
• Lead COE team; align with operations, finance, IT and compliance.
