Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to own the IT platform layer for MHE and warehouse automation across our distribution network. You will manage servers, OS, middleware, integrations, and vendor support, serving as the escalation point to vendors when issues sit below the software line.

You will work with Platform Services collaborating with logistics operations, site engineering, and application teams to ensure uptime and rapid remediation of automation issues.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise Windows and Linux systems in a production environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills across integrated systems.
• Experience managing external technology vendors, escalations, and SLAs.
• Hands-on scripting with PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
• Experience with monitoring and alerting solutions and dashboards.
• Background in logistics, distribution, manufacturing, or operations-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain availability and lifecycle of server, OS, database, and middleware layers (WCS/WES, sortation, conveyance, label data).
• Troubleshoot integrations between WMS, WCS/WES, host apps, and ERP; triage incidents, determine fault domains.
• Partner with operations to triage issues and determine IT/vendor ownership for resolution.
• Manage change for automation platforms around schedules and downtime windows.
• Maintain degraded-mode and fallback procedures for site continuity.
• Serve as primary escalation point to MHE vendors and track vendor performance.
• Coordinate vendor remote access with security policy and audit trails.
• Develop dashboards and collectors to improve observability and reduce noise.
