Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise Windows and/or Linux systems in production.
• Strong troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis across integrated systems.
• Experience managing external vendors, SLAs, and escalation coordination.
• Scripting experience with PowerShell, Python, or Bash.

Responsibilities

• Provide platform, integration, and vendor support for warehouse automation systems.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and coordinate incidents across IT, operations, and vendors.
• Drive change management for automation platforms around peak windows and downtime.
• Maintain and improve monitoring dashboards and runbooks for site leaders.
• Coordinate vendor remote access and ensure security governance.
• Develop automation tooling and CI/CD patterns to improve reliability.
