Job summary

CBS News and Stations in New York seeks an experienced Local Media sales executive to lead strategic partnerships with top agencies, driving Local revenue growth across Paramount Skydance portfolio, including Paramount+, Pluto TV, CBS O&O stations.

You will develop high-impact sponsorships, translate client goals into measurable outcomes, and collaborate with internal teams to execute campaigns from pre-sale to recap.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of advertising and Local Media streaming experience.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and securing high-value sponsorships.
• Deep understanding of Local Media marketplace across streaming, digital, and broadcast TV.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow strategic Local Media relationships with key agency decision-makers.
• Develop high-impact sponsorships across streaming and CBS O&O properties.
• Lead end-to-end campaign execution from pre-sale to post-campaign analysis.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, research, operations, and leadership to drive revenue.
