Job summary

NBCUniversal Local is seeking a Director of Sales Strategy & Monetization to shape revenue growth across broadcast, streaming, digital, and emerging media. You’ll lead initiatives to expand monetization and work with senior leaders to identify growth opportunities.

Reporting to the SVP, you’ll partner with clients and agency partners, manage financial modeling, and drive cross‑functional initiatives across digital and linear platforms in a hybrid New York setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in media BD & Strategy or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA a plus.
• Deep knowledge of digital, mobile, and TV businesses.
• Extensive revenue analysis and tracking experience.
• Knowledge of Local Agencies and Local Sales ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic partnerships and deals.
• Lead sales analytics projects with HQ and local leadership.
• Drive launch and execution of growth initiatives with cross-functional alignment.
• Cultivate new clients and revenue streams across groups.
• Oversee financial modeling for growth initiatives.
• Lead strategic planning across digital and linear platforms.
