Job summary

Jeanne D'Arc Credit Union in Lowell, MA is seeking a Loan Servicing Representative III to manage diverse loan portfolios, including residential and commercial products. This onsite role requires attention to detail and strong communication with members and internal teams to resolve servicing inquiries and update records.

You will process loan onboarding, monitor escrow, handle payments and modifications, and collaborate with the Commercial Lending department.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2-5 years of commercial loan servicing experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform loan onboarding for residential and commercial loans, including home equity lines.
• Monitor escrow and PMI activities, and process related cancellations and amendments.
• Review insurance reports for flood/hazard compliance and loan documentation.
• Process daily loan payments, payoffs, and reversals; support the insurance claim process when needed.
• Collaborate with Commercial Lending to strengthen servicing activities and assist training new staff.
• Cross-train in other Loan Servicing areas to provide back-up during absences.
