• 2–5 years of commercial loan servicing experience.

• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams.

Responsabilidades

• Perform loan onboarding for various loan types including commercial loans and lines of credit.
• Monitor flood and hazard insurance through vendor and escrow for lender-paid policies.
• Process escrow cancellations, PMI cancellations, subordinations, and payment re-amortizations.
• Review modifications for loans and maintain complete documentation.
• Process daily loan payments, payoffs, and reversals as needed.
