• Monitor insurance requirements and escrow setups.
• Process escrow cancellations, PMI cancellations, subordinations, and payment re-amortizations.
• Review modification requests and maintain loan documentation.
• Handle daily loan payments, payoffs, and reversals as needed.
• Assist with insurance claims related to collateral properties.
