Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required, 10–15 years in commercial lending or related field.
Strong knowledge of commercial credit, loan structuring, pricing, and regulatory requirements.
Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives and manage risk.

Responsibilities

Lead commercial lending, business banking, and cash management strategy.
Direct lending teams and provide coaching, performance management, and development.
Oversee risk management, loan portfolio performance, and regulatory compliance.
