Job summary

First South Farm Credit is seeking a Senior Loan Servicing Specialist in Ridgeland, MS to oversee booking, servicing, and document administration for Capital Markets loans. The role coordinates with borrowers, syndicate lenders, and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate processing and issue resolution.

The position emphasizes data integrity, compliance, and efficient loan lifecycle management with proficiency in ACBS and related servicing platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Agricultural Business, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5 years of experience in loan operations, loan servicing, banking operations, credit administration, or related financial services function preferred.
• Certifications in financial operations are desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Process loan payments including principal, interest, and fee transactions, funds disbursement, rate setting in ACBS, and notify syndicate members of transactions.
• Support loan renewals, rollovers, and account maintenance activities.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies and servicing exceptions.
• Complete ongoing customer, credit facility, and loan level maintenance.
• Enter credit minutes and maintain risk rating information (PD and LGD).
