Responsibilities

• Measures KPIs and oversees metric reports to identify improvement opportunities.
• Leads the team as an agent of change, finding opportunities to serve clients and expand capabilities.
• Contributes to business plans, initiative execution and monitoring expenses.
• Monitors reporting on KPIs and reports to the board as needed.
• Oversees loan, insurance and escrow servicing teams and budgets.
