Job summary

WesBanco Bank Inc. seeks a Loan Servicing Manager to oversee insurance and escrow servicing teams, drive operational plans, and monitor performance against budgets.

You will collaborate with senior leaders to improve processes, ensure compliance, and enhance client service across loan support functions. The role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a regulated banking environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Minimum of five years of banking experience, including operations experience.
• Minimum of two years experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of banking processes surrounding loan support.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple teams handling loan file servicing, insurance servicing and escrow servicing.
• Monitor key performance indicators and prepare reporting for leadership and board.
• Lead as agent of change, identifying opportunities to improve client service and market capabilities.
• Manage budgets, expenses and team performance to budget.
• Ensure timely payoff quotes, payment posting, tax escrow disbursements and compliance.
