Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple teams engaged with internal and external customers across loan, insurance, and escrow servicing.
• Monitor key performance indicators and prepare reports to identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead change initiatives to deliver new capabilities and enhance client service.
• Assist in budgeting, planning, and monitoring expenses related to servicing units.
• Ensure timely payoff quotes, posting, and tax escrow disbursements while adhering to policy.
