Qualifications

• Minimum five years of banking experience, including operations
• Two years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong knowledge of banking processes surrounding loan support

Responsibilities

• Measures KPIs and oversees metric reports to identify opportunities for improvement
• Leads the team as an agent of change to serve clients and bring new capabilities to the market
• Contributes to the business plan, strategy execution and monitoring expenses
• Assists in monitoring and reporting on KPIs including reports to the board
• Accounts for team budget and manages performance to budget
• Manages teams of employees performing insurance and escrow servicing
• Selects and develops team members, coaches, and manages talent
• Oversees training and guidance to all teams on workload processing
• Ensures timely payoff quotes, payment posting, loan processing, insurance monitoring and tax escrow disbursements
• Oversees regulatory/audit findings and remediation plans
• Drives operational plans, policies, procedures, and goals for scalability and automation
• Collaborates with leaders across bank to implement new initiatives and processes
• Maintains relationships with stakeholders and ensures effective communication across teams
• Attends leadership meetings and partnership engagements with other lines of business
• Maintains policies, SOX controls, risk assessments and other controls
