WesBanco Bank Inc. seeks a Loan Servicing Manager in Columbus to lead Insurance and Escrow servicing teams, drive performance, and ensure compliant operations. The role focuses on controlling budgets, overseeing regulatory reporting, and guiding process improvements across loan support functions.

The successful candidate will amplify client service, coordinate with stakeholders, and manage multiple priorities while coaching staff to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of banking experience, including operations experience.
• Minimum of two years experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple teams and supervise hiring, training, and performance management.
• Measure KPIs and oversee metric reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Lead the team as an agent of change to serve clients and bring new capabilities to the market.
• Contribute to business plans and monitor associated expenses.
• Monitor reporting on KPIs including board reporting and budget management.
• Oversee insurance and escrow servicing teams and ensure timely payoff quotes and payments.
• Maintain policies, SOX control documentation, risk assessments and other controls.
