Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 3 years in the banking or lending environment.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory and leadership experience; or the equivalent.
• Demonstrated proficiency in typing with speed and accuracy; basic keyboarding skills are required.
• Working knowledge of loan policies and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to lead and train staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction, coaching, and development for the Loan Servicing and Loan Operations Assistant functions.
• Serve as the department’s SME and escalation resource for complex loan servicing and system-related matters.
• Oversee booking, maintenance, and servicing of loans in the core system with accurate data.
• Maintain knowledge of Fiserv Precision core banking system and its impact on operations.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal banking regulations and implement policy changes as needed.
• Develop a strong training and cross-training environment for staff and departments.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve complex issues and drive process improvements.
