Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years in the banking or lending environment.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory and leadership experience and relevant loan experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction, coaching, and development for Loan Servicing staff.
• Serve as subject matter expert for complex loan servicing and system-related matters.
• Oversee accurate booking, maintenance, and servicing of loans in core system.
• Maintain knowledge of Fiserv Precision core banking system and related processes.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal banking regulations and policies.
