You will act as a senior resource for intricate cases, support audits and change initiatives, and mentor peers.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in loan servicing or financial services operations.
• Strong problem solving with structured approach to ambiguous issues.
• Experience applying policies, procedures, and controls to operational decisions.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in analysis.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex loan servicing issues end-to-end with accurate processing and timely completion.
• Serve as senior contact for client, internal stakeholders, and audits.
• Interpret loan documents, servicing agreements, and controls to provide guidance.
• Own escalations with clear options, risks, and next steps.
• Document findings and actions in required systems; support root cause analysis.
• Drive remediation with upstream/downstream partners and implement improvements.
• Support change initiatives, including requirements and user testing.
