Job summary

PNC Midland is seeking a Senior Loan Support Analyst to manage a portfolio of commercial real estate loans with complex borrower relationships. You will apply specialty servicing knowledge to day-to-day activities, ensure accurate processing of transactions, and maintain up-to-date servicing records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Experience with commercial real estate loan servicing preferred.
• Ability to analyze complex loan agreements.

Responsibilities

• Apply specialty knowledge to day-to-day servicing of CRE loans with complex borrower relationships.
• Ensure accurate processing of transactions and timely reporting to stakeholders; interpret loan terms in servicing activities.
• Maintain accurate servicing records; support onboarding of new loans and tax/insurance administration.
• Perform covenant testing and contribute to risk mitigation efforts.
