Job summary

WesBanco, Inc. seeks a Loan Review professional to support independent evaluation of the loan portfolio and documentation. You will assist in communicating results and assessing risk across lending activities.

Responsibilities include reviewing commercial credits, ensuring policy adherence, and supporting loan administration. A Bachelor's in a business field is required, with 3+ years in loan review or credit analysis and relevant certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field is required.
• 3+ years of experience as a Federal Bank Examiner, Loan Review or Credit Analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret financial reports and legal documents.
• Ability to write reports for management in prescribed style and format.

Responsibilities

• Assist with independent, objective evaluation of loan portfolio quality and policy adherence.
• Assist in communicating review results verbally and in writing.
• Assess credit risk and monitor compliance with loan policy and applicable laws.
• Identify and assess credit, legal, and strategic risks from lending activities.
• Evaluate loan and collateral documentation and effectiveness of loan administration.
• Review commercial credits and lead exit meetings for unit reviews.
