Job summary

WesBanco, Inc. seeks a qualified Loan Review professional to support independent evaluation of the loan portfolio, assess credit risk, and verify loan documentation.

Under the Director of Loan Review, you will help ensure compliance with policies and accurate reporting. The role requires a bachelor's degree in business, accounting or finance, at least 3 years in Federal Bank Examination, Loan Review or Credit Analysis, and proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.
• BAI Loan Review Certification or RMA Credit Risk Certification preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Federal Bank Examiner, Loan Review or Credit Analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Assist with independent evaluation of loan portfolio quality and loan documentation.
• Assist with communication of review results verbally and in writing.
• Assess credit risk and monitor compliance with loan policies and regulations.
• Assign risk grades and recommend corrective actions for problem loans.
• Evaluate loan documentation adequacy and loan administration effectiveness.
• Lead exit meetings for unit reviews.
• Work under Loan Review Department Manager supervision.
