Atlantic Community Bankers Bank (ACBB) seeks a Loan Review Analyst to join the Shatswell MacLeod team in Boston, MA. You will evaluate commercial loan portfolios, assess underwriting quality, validate risk ratings, and support loan review engagements for financial institutions nationwide.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in loan review or related roles, strong Excel skills, and a solid grasp of banking regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 3+ years of banking experience in loan review, commercial lending, credit analysis, or related area.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and banking regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform independent reviews of commercial loan portfolios and assess risk.
• Evaluate underwriting quality, risk ratings, covenant compliance, and policy adherence.
• Prepare loan review reports and risk assessments for clients.
• Support engagement setup, client communications, and timely milestone delivery.
