Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field is required.
• Five (5) years of commercial loan review or equivalent experience is required.
• Experience with cash flow analysis for commercial loans and understanding credit risk ratings.

• Review commercial loan files to evaluate borrower repayment ability and risk ratings.
• Verify loans are closed in accordance with proper approval.
• Ensure adherence to loan policy and disclose exemptions and mitigations.
• Assess ongoing credit administration including cash flows, collateral, and officer memos.
• Monitor adherence to lending policies and regulatory compliance; contribute to risk management program.
