Bank of America is seeking a seasoned Portfolio Specialist to join the Credit Review team in Boston. You will establish and execute risk-based coverage plans and lead examinations as an Examiner-in-Charge or Assistant Examiner-in-Charge for portfolios such as Counterparty Credit Risk exposure and Structured Financing Transactions.

You will mentor junior staff, coordinate with risk partners, prepare quarterly reports, and stay aware of current economic trends impacting credit portfolios.

Formación

• Minimum 8–10 years of commercial credit experience or equivalent risk background.
• Solid understanding of counterparty credit risk concepts and related instruments.
• Strong analytical, leadership and communication skills; ability to influence senior leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Participates in exam activities and may serve as Examiner-in-Charge or Assistant Examiner-in-Charge.
• Performs transactional testing of credit process execution for clients and provides timely feedback.
• Supports portfolio reporting and engages with stakeholders alongside the Portfolio Manager.
• Tracks observations from exams and testing; manages issues and action plans.
• Maintains high-quality work papers per Credit Review guidelines and best practices.
