Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, analyze and resolve complex problems with accounts.
• Make routine decisions in the absence of an officer.
• Advise and counsel clients on bank products and services.
• Process and maintain accurate and complete documentation for the sales function or MLO.
• Compile information from various sources to prepare reports.
• Prepare files for underwriting/validation and assist in closing loans.
• Ensure file handling complies with Huntington and investor guidelines.
