Responsibilities

• Provide Simply the Best customer service at all times.
• Support mortgage retail sales by assisting high-producing loan officers.
• Manage day-to-day interactions between clients and Huntington, including documentation and relationship maintenance.
• Build rapport with clients and internal partners.
• Assist with loan applications data entry, phones, and filing.
• Resolve complex service issues and research discrepancies.
• Cross-sell Huntington products and services.
• Prepare documentation for meetings and underwriting.
