Job summary

Talent Edge Recruiting partners with a growing financial institution in South Florida seeking an experienced Loan Operations Manager to lead day-to-day loan servicing and oversee the full lifecycle of loans. This newly created leadership role offers ownership and visibility within the organization.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on banking professional who understands commercial loan servicing and can lead a team to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and strong operational controls.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of people management experience.
• Strong understanding of full-cycle loan servicing.
• Commercial loan servicing experience strongly preferred.
• Post-closing loan servicing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day loan operations and servicing activities.
• Coach and develop an established loan operations team.
• Oversee full-cycle commercial loan servicing, including boarding, post-closing, payments, escrow, payoffs, maintenance, and reporting.
• Review reports, balances, reconciliations, escrow activity, and exceptions.
• Serve as liaison between loan operations, internal departments, and technology partners.
• Support audits and provide required documentation.
