Minnwest Bank in Spring Valley, MN is seeking an Ag Lender (Business Banker) to manage agricultural and commercial loan portfolios, develop client relationships, and cross-sell financial solutions. This in-office role requires strong credit skills and a proven track record in farming/agribusiness lending.

You will handle loan origination and servicing within bank policies, collaborate with teams, and contribute to community-focused banking.

Formación

• 5+ years of agricultural lending experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Specific, formal credit training or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 college accounting credits, including ability to analyze complex balance sheets, income statement ratios and cash flow statements.
• Action-oriented: ability to recognize and act on problems with urgency and enthusiasm.
• Ability to gather and analyze customer needs and feedback to propose customer-centric solutions.
• Build strong customer relationships and loyalty.
• Ability to analyze complex balance sheet, income statement ratios, and cash flow statements.
• Sales prospecting, planning and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Business Development/Relationship Management: Develops and maintains relationships, sustaining high-quality loan growth and sales; price appropriately; cross-sell bank products and services.
• Portfolio Management: Prepare credit write-ups and loan presentations; manage loan portfolio of $20-40 million; handle delinquencies and coordinate with operations and credit teams.
• Administration: Represent the bank professionally; participate in civic events; promote client care and engagement.
