Responsibilities

• Serve as main point of contact for detailed loan inquiries and core loan system questions.
• Establish new consumer loans with accurate information in all systems.
• Review loan corrections, rate modifications and payment error research.
• Balance internal Loan Operations accounts and general ledgers monthly.
• Releases liens on collateral and handles lien filings with relevant offices.
• Provide subject matter expertise on consumer loans and assist with process improvements.
