Qualifications

• 7+ years of banking loan operations experience with commercial lending exposure.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating workflows.
• Strong knowledge of C&I lending including oil and gas and USDA loan requirements.
• Excellent accuracy, compliance, and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily loan operations and supervise staff to ensure accurate processing, funding, and servicing.
• Support C&I lending including oil and gas loans by ensuring complete documentation.
• Review loan documents for accuracy and compliance with policies.
• Coordinate loan closings and disbursements, and verify funding conditions.
• Oversee USDA loan documentation, servicing, reporting and program compliance.
• Monitor ledger reporting, reconcile loan accounts, and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and assist audits by gathering records.
• Prepare activity reports and collaborate with lending, credit, accounting and compliance teams.
• Coach and evaluate staff and maintain standard operating procedures.
