Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial and consumer loan operations within a financial institution.
• Extensive knowledge of loan servicing, loan documentation, collateral perfection, and operational processes.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience leading teams in a banking operations environment.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee loan operations, booking, servicing, documentation, reporting, and quality control.
• Lead and develop the Loan Operations and CDP teams to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with executives across lending, credit, compliance, and accounting to drive process improvements.
• Ensure operational excellence across consumer, commercial, real estate, and SBA lending.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a proven leader to oversee loan operations, documentation, servicing, quality control, and reporting while managing a talented team and contributing to the strategic direction of the bank.

The Loan Operations Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and performance of the Loan Operations and Central Document Processing (CDP) Department.

This role oversees loan booking, servicing, payment processing, documentation preparation, reporting, quality control, loan maintenance, and operational support for consumer, commercial, real estate, and SBA lending activities. The position works closely with executive management, lending officers, credit administration, compliance, accounting, and other key departments to ensure operational accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 10 years experience in commercial and consumer loan operations within a financial institution.
• Extensive knowledge of loan servicing, loan documentation, collateral perfection, and operational processes.
• Minimum of 5 years management experience leading teams in a banking operations environment.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional accuracy and compliance standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Industry training and continuing education related to loan operations and banking functions.
• Experience with Fiserv, LaserPro, Microsoft Office, and similar banking and loan platform technologies.
