Qualifications

• 2+ years as Ag or Commercial Loan Officer
• Strong credit experience and business development mindset
• Ability to expand loans and client relationships
• Familiar with the sales, commercial loan processing and closing processes
• Working knowledge of the Agricultural industry

Responsibilities

• Evaluate loan applications and documentation for credit worthiness
• Inform applicants of additional requirements to improve applications
• Approve loans by issuing checks or forwarding to loan committee
• Answer customer questions and support loan processes
• Possess entrepreneur mindset with potential for portfolio expansion
