Job summary

Financial Additions, Inc. seeks an experienced Loan Operations Manager to lead and optimize its loan operations function in Texas.

You will oversee loan-processing and servicing, ensure accuracy and compliance with bank policies, and partner with lending, credit, and executive leadership to drive efficiency and risk controls. You will coach and develop the operations team, support audits and regulatory exams, and implement strengthened procedures to reduce exceptions and improve cycle times

Qualifications

• Significant loan operations experience within a bank or financial institution.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of commercial loan documentation and servicing.
• Knowledge of banking regulations, internal controls, and loan compliance.
• Strong process-improvement, leadership, and communication skills.
