Carta is hiring a Loan Operations Manager to lead the servicing lifecycle for private credit instruments, including bilateral, club, and syndicated loans. Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in private credit loan operations, bank loan servicing, CLO administration, or with a loan agent.
• Expertise in credit agreement mechanics including fundings, rollovers, prepayments, conversions, etc.
• Proficiency in LSTA/LMA conventions, day count standards, and benchmark rate calculations (SOFR, Term SOFR, Daily Simple).
• Attention to detail with strong numerical accuracy and ability to analyze complex position and cash reconciliations.
• A team-oriented problem solver who thrives in time-sensitive, high-visibility environments.
• Experience with direct lending portfolios, including unitranche, DDTL, super-senior/first-out structures, and PIK toggles is highly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage the entire loan servicing lifecycle for complex private credit instruments (bilateral, club, syndicated loans).
• Ensure accurate calculation and processing of interest, fees, and accruals using current benchmarks.
• Execute and reconcile cash transactions and resolve settlement breaks with stakeholders.
• Support month-end close processes and position tracking for audit readiness.
• Provide timely servicing data and respond to borrower/lender inquiries.
