Qualifications

• 5+ years of business analysis experience in financial services with focus on loan operations.
• Deep understanding of banking operations and loan servicing systems.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross functional project teams implementing process or system changes meeting deadlines and defined success criteria.
• Lead end-to-end analysis of loan operations processes to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
• Gather, analyze, and translate complex business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Operational teams to design and implement system enhancements or new solutions.
• Support change management including UAT planning and execution, training, and documentation.
• Drive reporting, dashboards, and data analysis to inform decision-making within Loan Operations.
• Serve as SME on loan data flows, systems integrations, and process dependencies across the loan lifecycle.
• Participate in Business Continuity Planning and Disaster Recovery exercises.
