Rockland Trust, a full-service commercial bank, seeks an Asset-Based Lending Portfolio Manager to oversee a diversified lending portfolio and deliver credit solutions to commercial clients. The role emphasizes risk assessment, collateral monitoring, and cross-functional teamwork with relationship managers and product partners.

The successful candidate will evaluate borrower liquidity, collateral adequacy, and loan structures while supporting business growth and maintaining sound portfolio

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in finance or related field.
• 5–10 years in corporate banking or asset-based lending preferred.
• Strong credit analysis and financial statement evaluation skills.
• Experience with collateral, borrowing bases, liquidity, and risk management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor borrower credit quality and performance.
• Analyze financial statements, liquidity, and collateral coverage.
• Prepare credit memoranda and risk assessments for approvals.
• Manage collateral valuation and reporting, including exams and controls.
• Support client relationships and cross-sell treasury or capital markets solutions.
• Coordinate syndicated or participated lending efforts with lenders.
