Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• 3+ years of experience in banking operations or financial services, including testing and implementing applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to investigate and resolve issues.
• Experience with core and ancillary banking systems is preferred.
• Experience with data query tools and data analysis.
• Knowledge of financial industry concepts and banking practices.
• Excellent oral communication and technical writing skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team.
• Strong PC skills including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate testing, develop test plans, and execute test scripts for production support changes and enhancements.
• Participate in cross-functional projects for system enhancements and process improvements.
• Provide daily support for core banking applications and related systems.
• Respond to data requests, perform ad hoc queries, and resolve operational questions.
• Perform data maintenance and ensure data accuracy with proper controls.
• Troubleshoot data and system issues and coordinate with technical teams to resolve incidents.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and reduce risk with internal teams and vendors.
• Provide post-implementation support for new initiatives and upgrades.
