CountryPlace Mortgage in Plano, TX, seeks a Lending Associate Supervisor to oversee Lending Associates who review loan documentation and render credit decisions, collaborating with Loan Officers, Processors, Underwriting, and Compliance.

This in-person role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to multiple investor guidelines. Competitive salary and benefits are offered, with relocation not available.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, Accounting, Finance or Management.
• Experience in Manufactured Housing Lending.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the review and analysis of loan applications, credit reports, income, and asset documentation.
• Monitor team performance and production metrics to ensure service levels and department objectives are met.
• Foster a customer-centric culture delivering high service levels to retailers, coworkers, and customers.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members through feedback and performance reviews.
• Refer loan requests with recommendations to underwriters and manage conditions on approved loans.
• Ensure loans adhere to investor guidelines and assist Loan Officers with service orders.
