Qualifications

• Prior Mortgage Loan Officer experience required.
• Verifiable closed loan history.
• Active or eligible NMLS license.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with leadership potential.

Responsibilities

• Originate and close residential mortgage loans with excellence and speed.
• Serve as primary mortgage partner for real estate team leads.
• Collaborate with agents to pre-approve and close buyers.
• Build, grow, and lead a branch or production pod.
• Maintain strong referral relationships with agents and partners.
