Job summary

American Federal Bank in Grand Forks, ND is seeking a self-motivated Senior Associate to join its Grand Forks Office. This full-time benefited role supports the Sales Office, aiding loan origination, processing, and administration of consumer and business relationships with emphasis on accuracy and policy compliance.

You will collaborate with Ag/Business bankers, handle deposits, and assist with loan documentation and imaging using ScanDox and iSynergy.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in business, accounting, financial or a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in a financial organization or customer-service focused role.
• Excellent customer relations, interpersonal, communication, organizational, delegation, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Support loan origination and closing for residential mortgage and consumer loans, including applications, credit reports and closing documents.
• Support ag and business loan origination, including applications, closing documents, and ongoing monitoring.
• Provide administrative support and customer service for loan and deposit products, OSI file maintenance, and ownership updates.
• Input loan file information using ScanDox and iSynergy.
• Maintain and enhance customer relationships and handle deposit transactions efficiently.
• Duties include OSI reporting, insurance coverage, and related loan/document administration.
