Job summary

The Bergaila Companies is seeking a Senior LNG Project Engineer to lead critical projects at major LNG facilities. You will manage scope, schedules, safety, and quality, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams on site at Quintana, TX with a planned transition to downtown Houston.

With 8+ years in LNG or equivalent industrial environments, you will drive successful planning to closeout, ensure compliance with codes and QA/QC, and oversee budgets and Change Management.

Qualifications

• Experience onsite at large LNG facilities and managing complex projects.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage schedules.
• Willingness to relocate Quintana, TX to Houston by Q2 2026.

Responsibilities

• Oversee minor capital projects within the engineering team, delivering on time and within scope.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage project schedules, and uphold safety/compliance standards.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, manage Change Management processes, and control scopes and budgets.
