Job summary

Venture Global LNG in Houston, TX seeks a Senior Engineer, Structural to join the engineering team. This position reports to the Director of Structural Engineering and leads technical activities to support LNG projects.

The role involves regulatory interface with LDOT/ACOE, reviewing site deliverables, coordinating with contractors, and responding to RFIs. Requires 15+ years in refining/petrochemical LNG with EPC exposure and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in refining/petrochemical LNG with EPC exposure preferred.
• Willing to travel as required for project work.
• Self-directed with limited supervision and strong teamwork.
• Excellent written and spoken communication across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• LDOT and ACOE regulatory interface.
• Provide input to weekly site engineering report.
• Review surveyor deliverables and assist with interface issues on site.
• Provide technical input to field RFIs.
• Coordinate with contractor and subcontractor for issue resolution.
